Zebra Rush (Scirpus Tabernaemontani Zebrinus)

Zebra Rush grows to about 3-4 feet tall with green needle-like foliage adorned in white horizontal banding. New growth will show the banding pattern more predominantly. Plant in 0-6 inches of water depth, sun or shade.
